About Us
Our Story
Hunter Valley Care & Assistance Pty Ltd has been providing quality health and support services to
individuals in Australia since 2023. Prior to this, working within the local communities as
Registered Nurses were our main areas of interest. This included working in baby clinic’s,
high schools and with the elderly and disabled within their own homes. Over the past decade, we
have noticed there is a significant short fall of experienced carers and personal support workers for
those in need. Age, maturity and life experience are areas where this experience is lacking, and
our small team predominately made up of Registered Nurses aim to address this.
Working in these areas have seen us work and interact with most medical conditions and
disabilities, including but not limited to; PTSD, Autism, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality
Disorder, Hoarding, COPD, CCF, Asthma, Chronic Head Injuries and other chronic health
conditions. Helping these clients reach their goals is our priority. Having an immediate family
member with Cerebral Palsy has ensured that we have learnt to navigate and understand the
NDIS system and processes.
We are a credited NDIS provider, and our service will cater for self-managed, plan managed, and
NDIA managed participants. We have earned a solid reputation for the delivery of high-quality
service. We understand that individuals often have multiple needs that require support, therefore
individuals can access multiple services to address their needs from a range of locations across
Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.
